I am a breast ca pt and have always wanted to help others by enrolling in studies/clinical trials. This clinical trial for Xeloda almost
killed me.

Dr Lu went above and beyond the call
of duty. She spent >1 hr talking to the Study company to get me the antidote for Xeloda. I thought I was going to die. I was past the 96 hrs since onset of presentation and the Study people did not want to help me out anymore. Through sheer force of will, Dr Lu was able to get me the antidote. I owe her my life.
I am still in the hospital with zero neutrophil count and 0.6 wbc. So lucky to be alive.
