Do not recommend this place to get a vehicle!! We were totally mislead when we got ours through the now closed picayune branch. First we were told the car would be paid off in three years here it is with three notes left and they are telling us we owe more than what the receipts show and have another 2 yrs to pay on it and now that they closed the picayune location they are forcing ppl to have their payment auto drafted and are charging for it. We've paid our note on the 10 every month and they have changed the due date without notifying us.

I went and purchased a car on the 1st of the month and the guy that was the salesman had to ride with me to do a test drive. He told me we couldn’t go far because gas was low so I got to drive maybe a quarter of a mile. He told me it had a 12000 mile or 1 year warranty for motor transmission and power train. On the 10th of the month I went to get a tire put on and noticed the vehicle was smoking. They told me I had to have it towed to their shop at my expense. They called the next day telling me the motor was blown and I had to pay 1800 dollars for my part of the repairs. I told them I had not even made my first payment and they told me I had put over 500 miles on the car. I thought it didn’t matter how many miles I drove I was buying the car. I ask if they could give me another vehicle and they refused and hung up on me when I ask if I needed to get legal advice on this matter. They scam people they know that are on a fixed income and lie about the cars they have. I will never go back to this place it’s a complete scam!!

I had my car almost 2 years, damn near got it paid off. I came to Indiana a few months back to help my son and they tried telling me I could t take the car out of state without telling them, so I can’t travel without permission!?… Never had an issue over payments they’d even split them if needed. Now all the sudden it’s an issue because I’m out of state!!!! They put a repo order on my car 4 days BEFORE my payment was even due. So now they’re refusing to give my car pack and I have full payment plus fees for towing because I’m in Indiana. Originally when I got my car I let Tim Abbott know I travel to Indiana often due to family and my son, was told as long as I make my payment I can go anywhere I want to. I have my car more than half paid off and they basically stole it from me and are refusing to let me have it back. DO NOT DUE ANY TIME OF BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! They’re a joke and will steal and scam you. On top of all this the repo guy tore my car up!!!

I’ve had my car almost a year now, no issues still runs great! I got pregnant and sat down from work they allowed me to get an extension on my car note, never been rude to me & have never repoed my car. I would definitely refer them but people have to remember they are a buy here pay here so every car will not be perfect

DO NOT get a car with them!!!! I can not stress this enough. Go anywhere but here! I bought a car with them and 2 weeks later the fuel pump went out, Bill stated “it was driving fine when you drove it off the lot”. I told them they can come get the car and I went somewhere else the next day and got a different car. They DO NOT care, do NOT do business with them!

Absolutely THE WORST place to get a vehicle from!!!! I got a truck from them hadn't had it a week the truck went to messing up i reached out to them they told me it wasn't there problem I would have to come out of my pocket to pay to get it fixed and that my warrant didn't cover it being that I needed the vehicle bad at the time I had to pay 460$ to get it fixed i even asked if they could come tow it just to get it to there shop they told me no they didn't have a towing company. Bet if I was late they would come get it which they did and is now giving me the run around as to where the truck is at for me to get my belongings out of it .. They are RUDE no understanding at all I wouldn't want my worst enemy to get a vehicle from neither locations HATTIESBURG especially GULFPORT

We just got our car repo from this place I've called and made arrangements to let them know what was going on and they said each time that they would work with us only 39 days late and yall came and got my car wow then told me I couldn't get my tag back because it is property on there's and I can't get it back y'all won't fix anything that went wrong with it y'all lied and said that I didn't let y'all know anything that is a lie cause I called y'all a least a few time's more then a few times yall have the rudest person answering the phone that hangs up in your face when told you want to speak to someone else and when I singed papers it was for 500 down from yall not a 1,000 yall are wrong and I pray karma bits y'all hard y'all are nothing but liers
