I ordered HUD keys on the 5th for a 2 day delivery and its now the 11th and the phone must be disconnected. Having to call Voxtur to get extensions on my work.

I've owned the new set 2050 - 3 combo lock with key for just over 15 months and it has worked great. When I decided to get a property manager, I needed a second key so we each would have one and be able to reset the code. I reached out to the company and they generously sent me a working key at no additional cost to me, not even shipping! I must say I'm very positively impressed with this company and I highly recommend the lock as well. I wish the numbers were a little bit bigger and easier to see but I really like that it's a four digit not three digit and that it has a cover on it to make it weatherproof since where it's located there is no Shelter From the elements at all. If you're looking for something to where people cannot reset the code without having a key oh, and this is the one. I did a lot of research before settling on this one and I made a good decision it seems

I ordered the NuSet Fremont keyed alike 6 pack for one of my rentals $153.00 on Amazon. 2 of the dead bolts were broken out of the package and 3 others failed within 2 months after install. I contacted customer service which was awful to deal with and they only refunded $16.00 even after I sent back the defective parts. I even wrote the President of the company Mr. Ng a detailed letter explaining what happened and asked for a refund but got no response. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Absolutely one of the worst companies I have done business with, they have a huge supply and Quality assurance problem. Their people are obtuse, arrogant and down right rude. This place is just like the Mc Donald's drive thru window, as soon as you get the order, nothing is correct!

Contractors stay away, if you use them its your own fault!

Nuset makes quality locks and lockboxes. As a contractor we often use their lockboxes for job sites and the locksets for doors. The customer service is excellent and the quality very good. We use often and enjoy doing business with them.

I am so happy about the product upgrades to my Eyecon Lockbox. Easy to use and makes entry and access secure. I can even track whose coming and going. I ❤️ technology.
