I signed up for the 3 hour review course. The instructor, Thomas, was very knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. I have lots of experience in food safety, and just wanted a review of the terminology of the exam. I took the test later in the day and passed with a score of 96%. The instructor prepared me well for the detail oriented questions on the exam. Great job, and thank you!

This course takes time but it is very worth it. and if you just sit down and do it, you CAN complete it in a reasonable amount of time definitely go through each video, take notes and the quizs after each lesson is such a great way to know you are understanding the material and you’ll become more confident to proceed to the next lesson.
Taking this type of lessons and exam on line, is more convenient than driving somewhere in meeting up up with a group. I was able to do it on my own time in my own home, I love The fact that I can take my exam live just about anywhere as long as my computer is compatible with the proctor. * chances are it is with most desktops.
Worth every penny and every minute.

The speed class was the best because you can ask question about the class and received and answer right there and now. The Instructor was great.
