I ordered the whole house 3 filter water system. I am surprised at the impressive size and quality of the product. I had a plumber install it and he said they have put quite of few of the exact system in homes. I am very impressed with it and glad I ordered it! The price for the system and the replacement filters is very reasonable.

Hands down best tasting water I've had. When looking for solutions to over chlorinated foul tasting water I came across NU Aqua. The pricing was right where I wanted to be, and I have been nothing but satisfied since. I recently had a minor issue with the system and contacted NU Aqua. Jennifer was able to help me figure out the problem and get things back on line easily. I've dealt with many other water systems, and theirs is easily one of the best.

Earl patiently explained the flexibility of their feed water adapter to various sized plumbing setups. i was quickly back to the install as a DIYer. i mentioned i should have explored their install video which probably would have mentioned the quick fix; he assured me it would have. thanks for the quick and simple response!
Had to reach back out same day and Sadie came to my rescue. Had a simple plumbing configuration but so simple it was difficult to best locate the drain saddle. Sadie helped find the optimal solution and saved me a ton of money of time. All done now with no leaks. Thanks!

I ordered my first two replacement filters, not remembering I had already signed up for the lower cost auto-ship subscription. Since Nu Aqua was closed for the weekend, I went on Live Chat and was able to cancel my order with Jennifer and get my auto-ship started early. We worked on my order until closing and resumed the next morning. Jennifer was terrific in helping me get everything I needed!

I have been dealing with well water, aka hard water for 6 years. I did have a water softener installed to help with the hardness. I've used countless amounts of different filtering processes under my sink for drinking water, not to mention the money that was spent. After seeing no change or results. I realized I could have purchased 10 of these ro systems. I purchased an under sink 6 stage ro system from NU Aqua system because of the reviews. The installation was incredibly easy. No leaks, no issues, no problems. Installation instructions were followed. My t d s before was 235 to 260, with non ro filters. Now my t d s is 0.007. My water is amazingly clear, tasty, and not to mention my coffee and tea. I did have I issues with not having enough volume of water to make one gallon of tea. I called and spoke with their customer service. I spoke with KAYLA, who explained in great detail how and why, along with incredibly skilled knowledge of ro systems. What i will state is that reading all reviews, people need to understand the processes of installation instructions, especially on how to seat the hoses when you make your connections. My advice to all independent installers, if you don't understand how to do it, don't. You need some help. Call KAYLA at their customer service center. Oh, and by the way, I'd recommend this product to any and all. KAYLA, my water, it's like butter, baby!

I had a panic scenario during a filter change before customer service hours and I was able to connect with Earl on chat. Earl was very patient and got to the root of the issue quickly and provided the resources I needed. I was able to set up a new subscription and he also made the necessary adjustments. I never look forward to filter changes and I will remember to wait until AFTER I have had coffee to take on that task in the future!
I love the convenience of an in-home RO with alkaline and would chose NU aqua again.

My series 6 model came with a feed water adapter that seemed too big for my plumbing. I called the help number and Kayla patiently explained that part is adaptable to different sizes. She gave me a link to the specialist team so I could show them my plumbing setup. When I showed it to my son, he figured out how to make the adjustments and we were set up easily. The instructions are thorough and walk you through the process. Excellent product, great tasting water!

Although I have not yet installed my whole house water filter system, I purchased it based on other reviews and recommendations. I am writing this review to express complete satisfaction in the customer service of this company, specifically Jennifer, an employee. There was a mix up in the shipping and delivery and Jennifer was tentative and went above and beyond to correct and resolve the issue. The system was finally delivered today, but what a mess! Thank you Jennifer and I look forward to installing the system.
