Nu Look Services just finished a big project replacing flooring, drywall, shower, toilets, baseboards, and painting. The job was done in a timely manner, with quality workmanship. I never felt like I had to micromanage to ensure the work was done right. I really felt like Rudy did the job I needed him to do which is huge as woman having to deal with contractors. When there was no one else willing to work with us and our insurance NuLook Services really step up to the plate. They did a beautiful job making our house look and feel like a home again. Almost a year later we had an unrelated issue and even during COVID Rudy made himself available. He helped us out once again. My husband and I were very pleased with our overall experience with Rudy and NuLook Services we will be recommending them to our Friends and Family.

After countless experiences with different contractors, it was great to find one that was as great and humbling as this one. Meeting Rudy was one of our biggest blessing. During our worst nightmares of a slab leak and causing our house to flood atleast 2 feet. He was informative and knowledgeable and completed the work in a very timely manner. Our home is better then its ever been. The most amazing part is he followed up with our family after a year to make sure we're still satisfied, which was really nice.
