Nu Way was recommended by my husband's coworker after we had an accident & the first shop started trying to haggle prices on piant. Plus my insurance agent was quite the slacker!!! Donna at Nu Way stuck with it. She was patient, kept me more informed than my own insurance company & they got it pushed through. They did a fabulous job on my Highlander & it was much faster than I expected. Then impossible happened! Another accident just months later. Without hesitation, I went straight back to Nu Way.
I cannot recommend them enough.
Plus I love that they are family owned & not some big chain where you're just a number. They are really good, honest people. I highly recommend doing business with them & will always refer others to Nu Way Car Center.

I walked into Nu Way shop blindly coming from another shop that I had to wait a whole week to get my car in .
As I drove home in despair my ancestors whispered to me ‘go ahead, check this guys out’ ?
I found George and he was absolutely warm and welcoming. We discussed everything and he gave me great advice on how to go about the repairs.

I want to thank George and Donna for their enduring commitment to quality, honesty, integrity and customer service. They’ve been repairing my vehicles for over 10 years so this review is long past due. Recently, our Toyota Sienna was involved in back-to-back accidents within a two-week period. Because of the overlapping nature of the damages and other delays on the part of the insurance company the repairs took longer than expected. Donna kept me in the loop and stayed in communication with me throughout the entire process. The resulting top-quality workmanship has given me something to smile about.

Today I contacted Donna after discovering that the van’s heater wasn’t working. They gladly offered to see me this afternoon and spent over an hour checking under the hood and diagnosing the problem. Within short order, George found a radiator leak and faulty repair done a few months ago by one of those national chain stores. Thankfully, he caught the issue in time before our family got stranded by the side of the road or the engine got damaged. George kindly spent time on the phone with the other shop explaining his findings. I sent over photos and without delay the other shop agreed to pay for the repair and towed my vehicle. I would have preferred to have Nu Way fix the botched repair, but under the circumstances I reluctantly allowed my van to be taken back to the original repair shop. I offered to compensate George for all the time he spent helping me today, but he declined. Although I was not happy to find out about the other shop’s mess up, the great thing is that I now know that Nu Way also services brakes, struts, radiators, condensers, and timing belts. I will be sure to contact them first next time the need arises.

On another occasion several years ago, I took the same van to Nu Way because I was having issues with one of the automatic sliding doors. After taking a look at it, George recommended that I contact Toyota because it seemed like something they should cover even though my warranty was long over. Nu Way could have made money off of that repair, but instead George chose to do the right thing and sent me on my way. As it turned out, sometime later Toyota issued a recall on that door mechanism and I was able to get it fixed at no charge.

If you’re looking for a place where quality and honesty matter, then Nu Way is the place for you. It's the reason I keep going back after all these years.

George, Donna, and the rest of the Nu Way team are the best in town, hands down! I brought my car to them the first time this past May on recommendation from a friend and they did not disappoint. So when I got into yet another accident two weeks ago, I knew immediately where I was going. I'm very particular with my car and each time, it came back to me as good as new.

I brought my BMW to Nu Way for three auto repair projects over the past couple years. First I used their paintless dent removal to remove a big dent in my front fender that been there for years because I thought would cost forture to get fixed. Donna gave me a very resonable quote, I scheduled the work and it was done in a few hours. It looked like new again.

My second repair was a bigger job with an insurance estimate that required a new door, body work on several panels and painting. Donna did a great job with keeping me up to date on the progress, and their team did a great job, with the end result was that my car looked better than before the accident.

The third repair was a smaller project, to adjust/rehang my rear bumper after a minor finder bender, which now looks new again.

I keep going back to Nu Way for a simple reason.........Trust. Because I know that when I bring my car to Donna and her husband at Nu Way, I know the job will get done right by their team. I know the quote will be resonsble and the project will be done on time if not early. I know that Nu Way stands behind their work 100%. I know that I will get the same level of fantastic, friendly customer service that makes me want to come back.

With so much to do every day, and then having to deal with an auto body repair, especially after an accident, it's wonderful to know there is a company that can be trusted to take care of it all.

All I can say is Thank You Nu Way Car Center!
