I contacted Nu Roofing to take a look at my roof since I noticed some damages from the summer storm (and it was time for a new roof). Zico came out and was very helpful and knowledgeable about roofing and even noticed we needed some new pairing and shingles. He was very clear from the get go on what steps we needed to take to get it replaced, from contacting insurance and to the final job. His crew arrived as scheduled and completed work in the time frame that I was told it would be! The quality of the work is beautiful to look at! I would refer this company to anyone who is looking to have their roof replaced!

UPDATE 12/4: Zico called to say he will repair damages submitted b4 contract, asked that I remove review, but then called me bitter when I stated I paid for services I did not receive. At our 1st meeting, I clarified I write great reviews & would refer others. So I'll update this when my repairs are completed.

11/28/24 Zico offered roof & gutter services, but he's not a supplemental contractor who advocates for fences, gates, door, or screen damages, but was paid $11k+ 2 months before roof was installed. The crew did an okay job, but not leave extra bag of roofing like previous roofer did. 1 day after installs, he demanded balance, but I tried to wait and should have to him the thousands after I clarified all worked as it did before his installs.
Devices on my home don't work after over a month of letting him know. I'm sure it's wiring issue his crew caused. He only cares about him, asked for a google review, but continued to put me off vs schedule his crew out, would not give me his employer's ph # & called me a nag, when only reached out couple times & these are concerns normal details to hail & wind repair claim. Didn't made time to review, but all were texted to him b4 contract signed.
My roof was 7 years old, but I didn't have any leaks. I should have held the money for 2 months and made interest off of it the 2 months he had it as I'm sure he made a nice lump of change.
I should have waited on another storm or a contractor who clarifies which repairs are most important to clients.
Could I have used gutter money to repair fence & doors vs new gutters? Idk, but gutter hail dings probably don't cause them to fail.
Point: Zico seems to focus more on getting money & less on customer repair concerns.
Fyi: my new roof looks good, but top side of short crevices don't match. Supplemental damages like devices, fence & door adjustments are visible and just as or more important than gutters to this homeowner.
Maybe Zico will think more about taking better care of his customer's concerns and how he talks to them by pointing out these issues I shared to improve his business & how he supports clients with an insurance claim.

Zico and NuRoofing just replaced my roof after the last storms in the area. He and his crew are very professional. He was quick to respond to any questions or issues. He explained the insurance and roofing process fully. His crew showed up early and worked all day to finish our roof in one day! They did a great job on clean up and we are very satisfied with their work and our new roof!

Zjco with Nu Roofing just finished replacing our roof, rebuilt our chimey enclosure (it was previously held to get her with thoughts and prayers) and put up new gutters around our entire house. Roof looks great! The new enclosure too. Luckily I didn't put off painting the chimney enclosure, the gutters went up 2 days early! I finished painting the evening before the gutters went up. Great work at a fair price. Thank you Nu Roofing!

They came out on the scheduled date and was able to complete the roof repairs within the same day and my gutters a couple days later. I have enjoyed my experience with Nu Roofing and would use them again and refer them out to people I know.
