Great car wash, they take good care of your car like their own. Highly recommend this place when you get to the location you are greeted by amazing people who guide you were to park your car and after that you can even see your car getting washed when you go by the windows. Once again highly recommend this place.

I have gone to Nu way on& off for over 25 years. The lady behind the counter has always been efficient and pleasant. I tend to forget how I leave disappointed in the experience almost every time. I hadn’t been in several years, so when my friend said you should go to Nu Way I said I think I don’t really like it there… but couldn’t remember why. As soon as I pulled up it came back… I should’ve left. The men at the pay station are pushy, less than helpful and do not listen. It began when I tried to read the signs and did not end until I drove away. 50$ later my car has clearly visible dirt spots on the back hatch door, a piece of a wrapper on the driver seat(I see and move before I get in) smeary marks along the drivers side interior windshield. I didn’t see that they had not vaccumed the floor or the carpet in the back row and it had leaves and debris from where they pushed the mat and dumped it on the carpet leaving the matt crumpled. I remember why now. I tipped both cleaners…but I’m not interested in returning again! Be ready to inspect and stand up for what you pay for…. maybe you’ll do better than I did and get a decent car wash!

I took my car here to have it cleaned after a trip, but I am disappointed with the service. I had some blood on the front of the car as I had hit a bird during the trip, and they didn’t even clean it off. They also used some weird cleaning solution on the inside of my car which leaves a strong chemical smell, as well as a shiny texture. It’s also hard to communicate with them as most of the workers there speak very little English. Overall dissatisfied, would not go back.

Great price and good job in what they do. I take my truck every 2 weeks and I always get the executive wash and I know its 34.99 but because I have a lifted truck it was 39.99 but they do a hell of a good job. If you want to get your car washed then go here you can't beat the prices for the work they do.

They vacuum the car very well, even the inside of the back/trunk area. They clean inside and out, windows, car door edges, center consol/drink holders, rear view mirror, etc. When they dry the car they also dry the edges of all the doors. I'm always happy when I come to wash my car here.
They have a little store inside where they offer drinks, snacks and car accessories. They also offer auto detailing. I've gotten my car waxed here and they claybar everything off and did a good job with it. They use the liquid wax though, not the old school one. Overall, it's a good place to get your car washed or detailed.

It's an old school hybrid hand and machine carwash. The service is very prompt and friendly. And your car for less than $10 looks a lot newer than you thought it was before you washed it. Probably the best car wash in the Monrovia-Arcadia-Duarte-Azusa area. Highly recommend--you will not be disappointed!

If a new car right off the factory line is 100%, I'd give Nu-Way Hand Car Wash a 94%. Of course we all expect 100%, but we're human and trying to nitpick every nook and cranny even though it's gonna get dirty again is expecting the impossible. The car before was pretty dirty filled with dirt specks and bugs from bakersfield and they pretty much made it look like a new car. I got the Super Wash for 28.99 for my Tesla. I would say it took about 30-45 minutes to finish up and they did a better job than I ever would. I would recommend doing the Super Wash I feel like it's the happy medium. Workers were kind and there's a waiting room!
