I have taken time in the past to write reviews for companies that have outstanding and superb service. Unfortunately, this is not the case here! I bought a product from the company that I found out later is called Nu Lifestyle Marketing. This product is called the Ulti-Charge which I highly, highly, and I say again, highly recommend that you do not buy! This product is originally meant for you to be able to connect multiple cables to charge your phones. However, in the mist of my wife, having her phone plugged in and mine as well we heard a strange sound come from behind her, and when we looked, it was discharger. There was a spark, and smoke coming out of the other unused connections of this product. My wife unplugged the device immediately to avoid any further damage. Fortunately, we were there when this happened because if not, the phones being damaged would’ve been the least of our worries. This could’ve easily turned into a house-fire destroying everything inside the home, including our pets! I bought this product and it was delivered to me on July 30 and less than three months, I was sold a defective product. When I called the number that was on my email, which was Customer Service to explain the situation into see about having the defective product replaced, they told me it is outside of the 30 days and there is nothing that they can do about it!!! After not being able to speak with a higher person, I found the name of the company and called them directly only to be told the same thing. This company does not have in place any type of manufacturer warranty for year or six months or even three months For this company it does not exist. So if for some reason you do decide to go and buy this product, no fool well that you don’t have anything outside of 30 days if something should go wrong with that product. If I could, I will give this company -10 stars minimum!

SCAM SCAM SCAM bought 3 heaters that do not stay plugged in they offered 75 % of my money back to keep I said not they offered 85% of my money back I said no why do I want heaters that won't stay plugged in? They send me and email with RMA # I was told I have to pay for shipping back to them because they are defective not right and that I won't get there shipping to me back so I am out 20 I should have used Amazon or Walmart. They stated in the email less a restocking fee which was not said in the recorded call I have either. I have emailed and let them know that I will be disputing the purchase with my car issuer should the fund not be applied back to my card in their so called 72 hours of receiving the package delivery will be 12/1/22 per my ups label, deserves zero stars SCAM SCAM SCAM

Do not do business with this company. The air purifiers that I purchased did not work. I returned them with appropriate paperwork and original packaging. They have not refunded my money because now they say I was supposed to call them with the tracking # for the return. The phone with customer service echoed. The whole purchase and company seem SHADY.

I bought the wifi repeater and found out also it is a cheap piece of junk. No answer to my calls did get a no help email. I wanted the1200 mbps product but they clearly sent me one for 300 mbps. They claim it is dual band ( not advertised) and I will never know because it never connected to my router. Don't waste your time and money with their products. Their adverts and answering machines sound like a normal American company but it is not. Shame on me for not finding these reviews before purchase.

I just received the humidifier. I paid a total of approximately. 119.43 I added 2 additional filters to the order. First there is very little in instructions. The print is so tiny it's virtually unreadable. They advertise as an American made product. On the bottom of the unit, it reads made in China. I am contacting them for a refund. Please do not be taken in by their advertising!

We purchased a couple of 3 in 1 (mosquito killer/flashlight/camping lamp) units and I will admit that I was skeptical about a battery powered, rechargeable bug zapper performing very well. I'm pleased to say that I was wrong in my assumption and they work incredibly well and I would buy them again.
